This is a decision I disagree with ... the court does not see an issue with cops from other jurisdictions visiting a private home (not of their jurisdiction).

This should not be allowed ... the courts clearly want to ignore the difference between a LEO visiting a house to a girl scout.

Sure that the cop was wearing and/or otherwise IDing himself as a cop.
