College campus carry becomes legal in Texas, today. If Texans are trustworthy enough to carry on college campuses, why are we not allowed to do the same? Hell, Texas just got open carry last year and now they have jumped ahead of us. There are now 10 states with some form of permitless carry and 11 states with campus carry. Ky. is in neither group.
