So, I-1491 is going to be on the ballot now, and the anti-gun and just plain lemming voters will pass it into law in November. So that will allow a single judge to be able to order the state to confiscate a person's guns. But how is the state going to know what guns a person has? Oh, wait.....let's just ask the Department of Licensing to provide us with a list of guns that John Smith has purchased when complying with I-594. But I-594 was not registration, remember that? It's going to be interesting to see how much I-594 enables confiscation under I-1491. Of course we will never hear about that relationship unless we dig really, really deep and force the state to admit that relationship when a gun confiscation occurs.
First gun registration, now confiscation - amazing how the anti-gun march continues.
